Obama Electronic records are stored within the Electronic Records Archive (ERA) as Search and Access Sets (SAS). These materials are from the Exchange Email – Presidential Search and Access Set. The Exchange Email SAS contains multiple copies of messages sent or received by staff members within the White House, so there are a large number of duplicative emails within the Press Releases – August subseries.
